The 12 piece Grand Avenue Big Band under the direction of
Nick Desmond is Chicagoland's only big band featuring their
Andrews Sisters style vocal trio: Strictly Uptown. Since 1992,
the band has entertained at hundreds of events
playing the hits of the 1940's.

Roots Rock Society
International recording artists and award-winning ensemble
Roots Rock Society was formed in 1986 by brothers Stann
and Sinko Champion. The band's one-of-a-kind sound combines
the rhythms of the African Diaspora, such as Reggae, Calypso,
Compa and Zouk, with lyrics that reflect family, culture, heritage
and community.

John Temmerman Jazz Band
This tight, long-running group delivers memorable
performances for audiences of all age groups. Our song list
includes crowd – pleasing favorites from the swing era to
present: swing, Sinatra, straight-ahead and fusion jazz, funk,
pop arrangements and ore. Our audiences always go home
happy after grooving to our hard-swinging quartet.
