When her Deaf mother gets cancer, a middle-aged woman
moves back into her childhood room with two questions:
“Where is God?” and “Who took my KISS poster?!”
Funny, touching and poignant, Arlene tells her story
through sign language and voice inviting the audience
to share a world beyond their experience.
As part of 16th Street Theater's WORDS IN MOTION festival
curated by Ann Filmer Aiming for Sainthood is part two of
her trilogy beginning with What Does the Sun Sound Like?
